WILLIAM MERRILL
Bill Merrill is an accomplished senior executive with extensive leadership experience across global, multi-site manufacturing and service organizations in both public and private environments. He is responsible for driving operational performance, strategic execution, and sustainable growth across the enterprise. Prior to joining the company, Bill held senior leadership roles at Marmon Holdings, Fortune Brands, Stanley Black & Decker, and Otis Elevator, where he led business turnarounds, acquisition integrations, and strategic growth initiatives.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Certificate in Management Studies from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Villanova University.

MICHAEL DELLEFAVE
Mike Dellefave joined IWG in 2018 and oversees manufacturing and functional support groups. His focus is on building a culture of safety for employees, operations strategy and efficiency, and leadership development. Prior to IWG, Mike had over 25 years in operations, general management, and product management leadership roles in various industries.

STACEY INGRAHAM
Stacey Ingraham joined International Wire in 2014 and is responsible for the oversight of Human Resources services, policies and programs for the North American Enterprise. During her tenure with the company, Stacey spent 3 years in a manufacturing management role which provided her with a unique perspective into understanding the needs of all employees while also supporting the mission of International Wire. Prior to joining International Wire, Stacey spent 20 years in the medical industry.

GEOFFREY KENT
Geoff Kent joined International Wire in 2001, working in manufacturing operations roles for several years before proceeding to Procurement. He has been responsible for the company’s Procurement and Logistics Groups since 2010. Understanding the product cycle, from raw material sourcing to customer delivery, allows him to deliver strategic perspective to the organization.

LENNY ARGENTINE
Lenny Argentine joined International Wire in 1994 and has held various Commercial roles across multiple International Wire divisions. His focus is to develop long-term sales strategies. Lenny earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from LeMoyne College and his MBA from State University of New York at Oswego.
